A workshop on Design and Fabrication of All Terrain Vehicle was conducted in two slots from 13th August to 15th August and from 19th August to 29th August. No. of students participated is 30.In this workshop, students had an exposure to vehicle dynamics like chassis and suspension,suspension and steering and on Braking and power train. They were trained in vehicle designing of disc brake, steering, springs and dampers, tires and rims using SOLID WORKS SOFTWAREand analysis using FEA. Students had a hands-on experience of fabrication like welding and assembling different parts of ATV. Students were also trained in all the safety measures that have to be taken by driver while building an ATV.
