An expert lecture on Importance of GD&T was conducted for 3rd semester students. The speaker Mr.GnanaShekar, Business Development Manager 4th Dimension, discussed the importance of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T)in Automobile Industry. Also the symbols used in 2D, 3D drawing and solid modelling, job opportunities as design engineer were discussed.
