The department of automobile engineering organized the guest talk for the students on Employability expectations of Automotive Industry. It was conducted on 16/11/2015 and around 85 participants were present for the session. The expert Mr. Muralidharan, HR Manager, Ashok Leyland, gave an immense idea on the industry expectations from the fresh engineering graduates. He detailed about the importance of employability over employment and also importance of effective communication. He gave an insight on the Indian industry growth and cost profit relationship. The speaker also discussed on the how to prepare for future, time management, verbal and non verbal communication and good technical knowledge.
